I need to improve my " On time delivery rate" which is 89% even though I delivered 11 order on time in last 60 days , only 2 order were 1 hour late. Yesterday, I delivered a order of $5 within 2 hours, it went at 90% but now It’s again 89%. Why its changing every day? Should I contact to customer support? Because evaluation is near, and I am going to be a level two.
