I saw yesterday my order completion rate dropped without any reason. My order completion was 85% but yesterday I saw it has dropped to 83%. I have not canceled any Order in the last 1 week. I want to know what is the problem?
Completion rate is based on last 60 days. You probably had some orders completed before 60 days, and today that orders doesn’t count to the rate. That’s why it dropped
statistical data for 60 dyas, it will happen every sixty days and generally occurs near 15th of a month.
now what I have to do?
You need to complete more orders to get back up to 90%
