My order hasn't got to me


Hi guys,

Wasn’t sure how to get in touch. I am a buyer who ordered a voice-over and although it’s marked as complete, the file hasn’t arrived.

The seller said that he sent it, so wondering if it’s gotten lost in the system?

Otherwise, do I cancel the order?

You should have rec’d a notification email that your order was delivered, and the Seller should have attached a file or a link to download the file.

Are you sure there is not an attachment?

Did you ask the Seller to resend?
