My payment denied?

I am new to Fiverr…and i love this.but today when i was gonna withdraw my funds to my paypal account,it says ur payment being procceed and it will take a while…but after i came back it didn’t sent to my paypal. i went to revenue page to check and it says it failed??? why please i earned that 28$ and i need them today please help me?
