My Payoneer Account not Approved yet

Hello,
Fiverr guys

I’m a new seller from BANGLADESH and completed 13 orders.
Recently I’ve applied for a payoneer account through Fiverr for bank withdrawal on 12 July.
But still, I haven’t got any mail from Payoneer asking for additional documents. Can you guys tell me normally how much day they take for account approval.

my first question was you create payoneer by smart national card?

why asked you

Because without created smart national card

you not get confirmation mail from payoneer.

that now new rules! if you create with passport then active confirmation mail within 3 days

i used smart nid card. They asked for confirm my email address & i did.!

Yes i know & thats why I’m tensed.

I contact payoneer support & they told for waiting around 7-10 days, 7 days already gone
