My phone didn't want to verify

Hi, So when I tried selling my first gig yesterday, it promted me to verify my phone, I tried verifying it, but once I had entered the correct number and code, it told me something was wrong… what was wrong

Please help, I’d like to start selling today.

I already did, and i’ve waited a day an a half for them to respond, nothing.
