My portfolio has not been updated for more than 4 months, someone else with the same problem?

Fiverr’s staff told me it was because my clients did not want to make their work public. Today I dared to ask two clients if they wanted to go public and they told me that they did not have any option in their profiles to allow it.
Anyone else who has had the same problem? How could it be solved?

Make sure your ‘LIVE PORTFOLIO’ check box is switched ON.

Also, buyers are only have choice to make their work public or not, at the time of accepting the delivery.
They can not make their choice for already completed order

The “Live portfolio” box was checked, I will verify again that it has stayed that way.
