"My Portfolio" section issue

I need your help or guidance.
Just One day ago I was having the option “My Portfolio” on my account’s home page for the first time. There was a purple-colored “New” button along with it. I was glad to see that as it is a very good way to showcase my best works.
But today that is gone/removed. What is going on? Are there any criteria to fulfill to receive that button?

Yes, It is for only Top Rated and Pro sellers. But that you seen, It was a bug. Not only you, maximum got it as a bug.
