Hello. My positive rating N/A now on my account. So my account will got demoted to level 0 from level 1, right?

If the other parameters are all green, no. N/A means that you were not rated in the last 60 days.

The N/A indicator is visible only to you, in the dashboard. Buyers still see the average rating that you have achieved so far.
