I’m aware of the upcoming evaluation on the 15th, and I have worked hard to keep all my metrics high. I’m not particularly happy about thew new system, since some of the cancelations I had on my orders were buyer based mistakes (like ordering the gig without extras or discussing it with me, forcing me to cancel the order). However I’m currently more worried about my responsa rate, which has been stuck at 85% for more than a month now, and I know I answer everything in just a few hours (minus the messages flagged as spam). I’m not sure were I can contact somewhere in administration to tell me why it doesnt goes up, as Im very worried about my level 2 status despite working hard to keep the ratings up.
I think you should contact CS and explain the situation to them.
