My response rate is 11%. It is only known to me (and you now). It doesn’t matter. I think. It’s dumb anyway. If every seller would just wait 24 hours to respond in spite of this ridiculous metric, it would soon be dropped.

All messages, and I mean ALL messages, are responded to within an hour, even during unsociable hours, so no idea why it is so low. It has fallen drastically over the past couple of days.
Contact Customer Support and They will fix it mine fixed
