My response rate was going down day by day

I know Fiverr counting last 60 days response time. But I have never reply any message after 1 hour.
I saw my response rate was going down day by day now 89% but response time was remain same 1 hour. Why happened this problem? Do you have any suggestions to recover this problem?
I am level two seller on Fiverr!
