I want to ask the my average response time previously was 8 hours ( because buyer texted at sleeping time in my country) but yesterday I received a message and I responded in half an hour and my average response time changed from 8 hours to six hours…I want to ask why???

At a guess, you had something that passed out of the 60-day equation, and thus doesn’t count anymore in calculating the average.

This can not affect your account if you are sleeping on the platform. If you have app running and you do not mark in the app you are sleeping only then it affects you. I reply to my clients after 12 hours or longer and number stays at 1 hour because I am not online. The timer is only valid when you are online.

No, it is not, really. If you are not available, you do not have problems with messages. Only if you are not available but using app to appear available you will have problems.

yes it is a major issue! I was offline and saw the email in morning and when I replied the response time changed to 8 hours and now even I replied in half an hour it is still 6!
