My video gig was denied

Today I created a video gig on my own following all the guidelines of fiverr and posted it. After a while it was disapproved because the video was too long it seems. The allowed time limit was 75 seconds and my video was just 34 seconds, and there were no copyrighted things in it involved too.
Can somebody help me out with this?
