My website *************** is boosted by fiverr

Al though my website ************* was on top page. I given two orders in fiverr to get the first or second rank. First order was a mere $5 order. It was from ************* just after the time of the completion of the order mine website boosted 3-4 places up . But when i given a second order of 150 links everything again gone at the time of the completion of the second order.
