My withdrawal options are disabled

Hello Fiverr Sellers Forum,
I need help regarding this problem,
My all withdrawal options are disabled, I cannot withdraw to my bank via Payoneer, i am near about level 2, i dont know what happend and my withdrawal ability is disabled, i contacted to cs fiverr but still havent reply from there. can anyone help me about this issue?
