Myaccount is temporarily disabled ;--;

I sent my ID thrice, but they kept saying the quality is bad! Is there a way to get my account back in less than 90days? I mean I didn’t do anything wrong I just wanna confirm my account!

Hmm… so it was the ID, and not the regular photo? You made sure it was an approved ID, right?

Thank you so much, but sadly now I can’t send any extra ID or even try to confirm it, I basically can’t do anything now and waiting for months is just too much :")

you can reach out to support team and they will give you another chance to upload your id. make sure this time you have a good quality photo with no reflections

Obviously she did, because her account and gigs are active.
Did you read all the comments and advices that we gave above? I’m sure it will help you to resolve your ID verification

Yes I did! just contact them, they will send you an email and give you another chance, make sure to send clear pics. They were very helpful actually, as long as you do not give any fake info, your acc will get confirmed don’t worry
