Nathan And His Smart Car is a children’s book I wrote on Amazon back In November and I need to know as to how I would advertise it on fiverr???

Well, you can sell it on fiverr.com. Just create a gig, that offers a copy of the book. Then you can advertise the gig on fiverr.com and outside the community.



Be sure to follow all the advices on this forum about how to make your gig a best seller.



Otherwise, I don’t see another way to advertise your book here. After all, this is a marketplace, not an advertisement platform :). You can sell services or products here, not advertise them.
