Navigating fiverr site sucks

I am trying to find a simple list of the jobs I have ordered. Can’t find one. Any suggestions? Also kept hitting the to do button because I needed to rate the job that was just completed. This took me 4 or 5 tries before I scrolled all the way down the page to find the review box. You guys need some serious help making this site more user friendly and responsive. Again still can’t find my job orders, status and communication with each of the job sellers.

Perhaps “My Orders” as the menu title, instead of “Shopping,” would make more sense.
