Need advice re how to make seller remove material

I need advice regarding what to do after I had to cancel an order and seller now does not respond to my requests for him to remove the website where he was working on my material.
Support say they cannot help so I ask if any of you buyers have any advice for me.

There’s nothing much you can do… Did you got the refund from the seller? In my opinion you should change the login credentials of your website.
