Need assistance: Client cancelled gig without my permission, my account is now in the minus


Hi everyone,

I posted a help request yesterday but have not gotten a response, so I am hoping that maybe I can find some answers here.

A couple of weeks ago I completed a gig, less two weeks later, the gig gets canceled by the buyer - without any requests or permission from me. The result leaving my account about - $115.

So I then sent 2-3 messages in the Help Centre, while in the mean time another gig cleared of $120 and now my account stands at $4.00.

I am really not motivated to work or even come on the site to handle clients with that $4.00 at the top of the screen representing over missing large sum…

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
