A buyer placed order and there was error in his server he opened dispute.I rejected it because server error was not my fault there was problem from hosting.I told him this is not my fault do not cancel order but he didn’t reply. Then i contacted customer support but no response. Now i cancelled my order and buyer didn’t accept cancellation. Order cancel automatically. After cancellation there are 2 cancelled orders of 35$.I only cancelled one order and i haven’t cancel any order since 60 days. IWhen i click on cancelled order there is only one order of 17$. Anyone can help?
