Need help about custom Order

One of my client messaged me and requested me to create a custom offer for him . But after creating the offer he was offline ,and when he came back online , he said that his website is down . He is trying to fix it .
Now my question is , If I withdraw / cancel the custom offer , Will it cause any harm for my account ?
