The buyer left after the order but didn’t send any details. I messaged her several times and no response. The deadline is close. what should do?
Open a dispute on the order and select ‘I didn’t receive enough information from the buyer’. Also, ask to extend the deadline of the order.
@mamun_n you should be wait, i think buyer time is too late now, when he get back at morning he check your message and send you details
You can ask for an extension but honestly if the buyer is so disinterested in this job, you are probably better off asking CS to Cancel as there is no job.
Then build a proper Requirement Form that makes what you need very clear. If the customer doesn’t fill that in properly and send what you need - what they need for you to deliver the right outcome, you ask them and then a day or so later go to CS and cancel.
It’s already done abt 4 days.
