When did you write to them? What is your problem you are having?
Did you use the word “please” in your request?
If you have a CS Ticket, they will get back to you.
You are probably not the only person trying to communicate with Fiverr CS.

They can take 10 days or more to respond.
And, what is the withdrawal issue? Is it that your PayPal or Payoneer link on your earnings page is greyed out? If so, this is a common bug we have all faced. If not, explain. Perhaps someone else in the forum has also experienced what you are now.
I’m not able to attach Payoneer with Fiverr and Fiverr support suggest me to talk with Payoneer help…

You have to talk to Payoneer customer support - Fiverr does not handle Payoneer accounts.
I think the Payoneer site has a live chat option.
I tried but nobody available for live chat…
I am sure they have certain hours when they take chats. Try at a different time. The thing is, Fiverr customer support is not going to be able to help you as this is an issue between you and Payoneer.
