Need Help in Response rate

I Almost replied 100% times in inbox from last one month.
I am really sure about this as even at night times when I am sleeping, when someone send me message I reply in 10-15 minutes.

But still two days ago my response rate was 96% and from yesterday it is 93%.
Kindly guide me How I can improve this and How I can handle this issue.
