I just learned at a Fiverr workshop that there are two kinds of SEO on Fiverr.

One is the outside of Fiverr SEO for buyers to find your gigs and one is for the inside of Fiverr SEO that buyers use to find your gigs. This is the SEO in you gig title and tags.

Then there is the outside of Fiverr SEO used by browsers like google. The outside of Fiverr SEO does not work nearly as well as the inside of Fiverr SEO for on platform searches. This is the SEO title you are asked to make when you make your gigs.
