Need Help Urgent, Gig not appears in search

Hi, I am new seller, i created a gig, but it’s not showing in search. I also used my keywords for search, even it’s not showing on it’s own category section. I try to contact Fiverr support several times about this issue, every time it’s said action failed, try again. What should i do now, please help.
