when I sent custom offer and If I give the link to my work portfolio with the message then what would be the problem of fiverr??? And also if I use b-i-t-l-y short link in my gig description,is it against in fiverr???
plz help me for suggestion.

Shortened links are not allowed so you need to remove these from your gig description.
