Short or long will depend on how well you are able to learn and put whatever you learn to good use. You will also not be able to reach level 1 in less than 2 months of creating your account as the minimum requirement to become a level 1 seller is to have been on Fiverr for at least 60 days.

Oh, one more thing. Improving your English communication skills can do wonders. It will not only help you communicate with your buyers in a better way but will also prevent misunderstandings.
