Need suggestions to improve my gig or sales

Hi there, I’am basically not new to the Fiverr.
I know all about the term and policies and other stuff too. I just confused, due to some reasons i was busy, in different projects outside the Fiverr, but i got 4 to 5 orders on Fiverr that i need to be cancelled because I don’t have much time to complete them. This is my gig Check this out. It was on the first page before the cancellations. But now I don’t have any source for now on Fiverr to recover all the cancellations. Because of the ranking issues, I’m not able to get more clients.
I need suggestions in this situation what I should do and what the Fiverr really do?
