Need tip to be a react app seller on Fiverr

This post for those who are expert or has good experience in Reactjs web app or native-app in Fiverr.

Hi guys. I am working as a front-end web developer here. But this Reactjs technology looks amazing to me. I have also started to learn Reactjs already. Soon I want to start selling Reactjs gig on Fiverr. Now I need some tips and advice from those who are already selling with React app here. Can you please tell me what type of React app(like e-commerce, CRM, ERP etc.) does most buyer wants from you mostly? And how should I approach toward React app development? Just give me some tips following which I can also be a React PRO like you.
