Need to cancle my order

Hye, I’ve new order direct to my gig last night and I’m not capable of doing this. From the last few experiences, I got to know that any order cancellation will affect my ratings and I’m a bit afraid this time too.

If I convince the buyer to cancel this order, is there any chance it couldn’t affect my profile? Please give some honest advice

Cancelling will affect your Gig performance.

Not cancelling and making an unhappy customer will affect your Gig performance.

Change your Gig so that you make it clear what you do do well and what you do not do well or at all.
