I am not happy with the way ‘Order completion rate’ is being calculated.
When buyer initiates the cancellation of order due to problem on his/her side then why seller’s order completion rate reduces?
I faced this problem several times, its really frustrating.
If fiverr is concerned about only revenue then I will not accept cancellations from buyer going forward, if buyer made mistake then let them pay price for it why should I ? I think this what fiverr expects from seller !
