Need to get Fiverr support

I am a buyer.
Simple question: where these Business Tools are located? have searched all pages on my dashboard, profile page etc. Just no any link to anything which sounds like “business tools”. The video says that when you feel your business information, Fiverr automatically sends you to a page with team members etc. But in my case - no resending. Can anybody just give me an idea of where the Business Tools are hidden?
