I want serious suggestions,I forgot to put my vacation mode on and due to this I got some cancelled orders and which has drastically hampered my account rating:((

You can try explaining what happened to your customers, and ask them to contact Customer Support to remove the negative feedback. Or, you can contact Customer Support, explain what happened and ask them to remove the negative feedback. I’m not sure either will work, but those are your only options if you want it removed.
Other than that, deliver great work on time, and your rating will increase after a while.
Contact customer support but it’s your luck if they agree on removing negative feedback.
