Need webinar help - where should I look?

I’m looking for someone to put together a webinar for our company with slides on the screen and someone voicing over a 2 hour presentation. Where should I look? I searched for similar gigs and found nothing comprable. Are there other freelance sites you suggest? How would you go about webinar creation? (This is a very new venue for us.)
