Reply to @happyspace: Thank you for this advice. My buyer doesn’t appear to be online or anywhere! And after three polite enquiries, she has not responded at all. So I went to Customer Service using your suggestions and we’ll see what happens. In my case since the buyer doesn’t communicate AT ALL except to leave the 2.5 star review, I feel at a total loss here. Luckily it was just a $5 job, but I wonder if some people do this just to get free work? This is a first for me in 12 months!
