Work done on 100% customer put a negative review!

and ignores how to be in this situation?

The customer wrote the reasons for the negative review. He says he didn’t see any permanent traffic. You offer 100% customer satisfaction in your gig description, but it appears this customer was not satisfied. You can offer a refund, or write and see what needs to be done to satisfy him. I’m guessing what he wants are real traffic and the re-tweets he claims he didn’t see.
