Nobody will ever tell you what the algorithm is or how it works - does Google tell site owners how their search algorithms work? No, because it would bring chaos, everyone would use the algorithm to their own advantage, or even abuse it.

So instead of wondering what the new algorithm is or how it works, you should better focus on your work, your gigs, your clients and doing a good job to beat the algorithm no matter what it is 🙂
