New button allows you cancel old incomplete orders


Just saw on the Customer Service page, they have introduced a new button so you can cancel incomplete orders, the ones where a buyer hasn’t responded to your instructions and it won’t affect your ratings.

That’s good although I know some buyers come back weeks later with instructions.


facepalm, cheers, I’m always tutting to myself when I see people repeating the same stuff on here, if they only searched first, as soon as I posted that I clicked on the link above the forum and saw Kevin from CS had highlighted it. Duh
