New buyer request improvement suggestion

Fiverr can add this functionality that if buyer awarded someone with the project he posted in buyer request could be show on the button sent offer. Instead of sent offer it will be a disable button written as awarded with check or tick icon.
Another thing fiverr can do is sending notification to buyer that whether he have given this project to someone or not. It will be easy for buyer that no one could be able to send offer to him and he do not have to delete the request so that different sellers bother him with their offers.
