New buyer usually rate 4 stars as perfect

I realized that most new buyer (the one fiverr said this buyer_name just join fiverr), usually they would rate 4 stars even they think it’s perfect because they do not know the importance of 5 stars ratings on this platform. I usually rate them 5 stars if they are not problematic, but with the new blind review, it seems not to encourage me to do so.

We really have to rate everyone five stars or at least that’s what I do, since I can’t take a chance of rating someone poorly and then seeing they gave me 5 stars, unless as you say they are very problematic.

agree with you their should be way to tell new buyer how important is five star for us how we are working hard to deliver best result
