New fiverr account's gig shows N/A

Hello,
I had created an account on fiverr few months ago but, for some reason I ended up deactivating that account… Then I created a new account to start it fresh. I wanted to use the same email that I was using for my old fiverr account on this one. That’s why I changed my email account before deactivating the old account.
Now, with that email I have created this account and using it. I created 3 gigs. I am promoting my gigs regularly on social media platforms and I can send buyer requests as well. But, all of my gig’s clicks, views, impression shows N/A from the beginning. I don’t know what’s wrong with it and what to do… PLEASE help me out.

There’s currently a bug that’s affecting gig stats. They aren’t displaying for anybody.
