I’ve been writing for myself for quite a bit now, so I wanted to offer my services on fiverr to hone my skills and make a professional portfolio.

In the gig, I ask the client to answer yes or no to whether or not I am allowed to use the work for my professional portfolio (with any names and information from the client changed). Is there more I should be doing?
