New gig request already marked as SPAM in my inbox

I received a request to do a gig for a buyer. When I went in to my inbox I read the message with the what the buyer was asking for but am unable to respond. There was already an alert saying (buyer name) will no longer be able to contact you. Submit an unspam request to undo this.

I removed the buyer name from this post. Not sure the reason the buyer is showing flagged.

This happened to me as well. I didn’t respond and my response rate went down even though the message was marked as spam. I’m still trying to get it sorted out with CS.

Reply to @chellevanhoy: This happened to me a few months ago. Surely, Fiverr will reset the response rate, but it takes a long time to wait. Hopefully Fiverr could reset yours soon! :slight_smile:
