New member 90% positive rating to make new offers!

Hello everyone
I am new here and just made my first order
Reviews as Seller 4.3(1)
When I open the requests page I get this message (You must have at least 90% positive rating to make new offers!)

  • How come 4.3 is not a good review?
  • If I complete a second order with 5/5 review will the 90% problem be fixed?
  • How can the buyer who gave me 4.3 change the review?

Thank you for helping

4.3 is considered to be a ‘good’ review. Just not good enough to access BR.

. My rating is 4.5 how can is send buyer request please help - #6 by marinapomorac

DO NOT SOLICIT your Buyer about their review!! That is breaking the Fiverr ToS.

. Asking for Reviews - This is what CS said

I am not… i was just asking.
What if i got another order and the buyer give me 5 stars… will that fix the 90% problem?

No, check the math table to see how many 5* you need.

It is all about percentage and statistics.

Yes. You just need one 5-star order. :slightly_smiling_face:

*A 4.3 star rating is pretty good, but you must have a 4.7 star rating in order to leave offers to BRs.

*Yes! If you complete another order with a 5 star review, then your problem will be fixed.

*They can’t. Once a buyer leaves a review, it can’t be changed unless it violates the TOS. Also, never mention reviews in a conversation with a buyer because you could get a warning.

I hope this helps! Good luck!

@maitasun knows her math plus I just did the math and after one 5 :star: review your average should be 93% So, good luck getting the one 5 :star: review you need.
