New Requests Doesn't Show In "Buyer Request" Section

I have an issue over a month now,every weekend the buyer request section just freez.
New orders dont pop up at all or they appear minutes before the daily limit of orders refresh(10 order messages per day).
Is anyone experience the same issue or its just me i mean this freez ,is a big issue for sellers like me and i think its time for Fiverr team to take some action about it.
