Hi: First, is there a “help” button on this site? Second, I had a client accidentally order four gigs when he only met to order one. I cancelled the other three but now my rating for that gig has gone from 100% to 71%, and I’m wondering if I’m being penalized because it is perceived that I wouldn’t do the three “ghost” gigs. Any suggestions on how to handle this? Many thanks
I think it’s your cancellation ratio that has been affected, not your rating. But still, I know when cancellations are high enough they can negatively impact your level. I can’t imagine it would hurt to share your story with Customer Support. Maybe they can do something to help you.
