So we’ve just started on fiverr, a team of 4 of us creating music, photo and video services, already we’ve had someone order by mistake that had to then cancel, so this has now brought down our order completion to 67% which to me does not seem right, all other orders have been completed and one was cancelled so why does it drop so low? we have had 10 orders all together so is this percentage correct we dont know how it works. Our first experience is not off to the best start especially starting a new business here on fiverr we already have dropped down a percent and only being on here for one week, we state clearly that buyers need to message us before ordering but of course people dont listen. I dont think its fair that sellers get punished for buyers mistakes, fiverr really need to brush up on a few things here.
Since you are a new seller you won’t be demoted below that level. It will improve.
This takes some time so patience is needed, but I’m sorry this happened to you.
